Siazco – Delivery Policy
DP-1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you about your order.
DP-2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Sweden. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in EU/EEA or orders from outside of EU/EEA, and thus will be handled separately via Email inquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org
DP-3. Delivery Time
Orders within Sweden your products are sent directly to your home from Siazco warehouse within 2 – 5 working days from the time you order, if the delivery addresses are in Sweden. Some packages must be picked up at delivery points, so keep an eye out for any notices from Posten, DHL, DPD, FedEx, Bring, UPS, Citymail or Schenker.
Orders from outside Sweden an estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed via return Email. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Working days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Saturday & Sunday].

DP-5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Siazco – Return Policy
RP-1. You have the right to return the product for any reason within 14 days from the day you received your order. In that case, the entire order must then be sent back to us within 7 days in the same original packaging (means unpacked, unopened, not be used and packing seal will not be torn) and should be the same as it was, when you received the order.
Note: Charges incurred (like shipping or postage) on returns will be paid by you at your own risk and expenses, we are not liable to pay any kind of reimbursement in this instanse.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting requests like: to change the products, for example to another size or any other etc…
RP-2. To return an order, kindly click on our online return form Returns and register your return after fullfilment of all necessary details alongwith product pics. Then download and print your return slip and sent back the package to us alongwith this slip within 7 days, if the condition as mentioned in paragraph # RP-1 are fulfilled. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. Do not forget to save your return receipt until your package has arrived and you have received your refund.
RP-3. All returns should be sent back to us via the same medium as mentioned above and must be sent back to us at the following address:

RP-4. We guarantee that the products we deliver are of satisfactory quality and are suitable for the purpose for which products of this kind are commonly used.
RP-5. In the event of a return, we will inspect the products and if we agree that all the conditions are met satisfactory as well as product is also in the same original pacakging as mentioned in paragraph # RP-1. We will then refund only the product price whereas shipping cost will not be refunded as it’s always be non-refundable.
This is also provided that you must have returned the product to us, in case of a return claim, within a reasonable time as mentioned in paragraph # RP-2. Then, we will refund you only the product price as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day, we will receive back the product.
Also note that you are responsible to bear all kinds of expenses in the event of return, if you want to cancel or return an order.
RP-6. If you return a product, and product packaging is being torn or opened or product is being used, your cancellation and refund rights will be cancelled and we will not be liable to refund you back, as stated in terms & conditions paragraphs # 8.1 to 8.4
RP-7. Do not unpack the packaging or use the products further before returning them to us if you think there is something wrong with them.
RP-8. Finally, when you return products to us, we ask that you do this via the post office so that you can receive tracking details. We are not responsible for products that have disappeared or been damaged during the postage.
